The Instituto del Patrimonio Cultural de España is a building declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in 2001, located in the University City of Madrid and designed by architects Fernando Higueras and Antonio Miró in 1965. The Alisios Shopping Center opens its doors in Tamaraceite Sur, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on November 23, 2017. With a total area of 165,000 square meters, the shopping center will feature 120 stores, 70 restaurants and 2,500 parking spaces. The building's design is inspired by the island's orography and will serve more than 600,000 potential customers from nearby towns.

The Plaza Río 2 shopping center, located on Antonio López street, will open its doors to the public after an investment of 200 million euros by LGSIE, the Spanish subsidiary of La Société Générale Inmobilière.
