Miguel Fisac's "Pagoda", an iconic building of contemporary Spanish architecture built in 1965 for the JORBA laboratories, was demolished in 1999. Currently, there is an initiative to reconstruct the building on the grounds of the former Air Hospital in Madrid.

The Mogan Mall is a project owned by the Fund Grube Group in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria, which will have 144 fashion, beauty, restaurant and leisure outlets, as well as a large plaza with a 30-meter wide, 300 m² water fountain.

The control of rainwater is becoming increasingly important in view of the unpredictable effects of storms or the increase in impervious surfaces as a result of urban growth. The Instituto del Patrimonio Cultural de España is a building declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in 2001, located in the University City of Madrid and designed by architects Fernando Higueras and Antonio Miró in 1965. After a period of abandonment, the project was recovered in 1984 as a restoration center and was finally inaugurated on October 25, 1990.

"Casa Avintia" is a unique project in Spain that provides free accommodation to more than 500 families of patients admitted to ICU, neonatal or pediatric hospitals of the Madrid Health Service. The project is located on a plot of more than 16,000 square meters in the Ciudad Aeroportuaria-Parque Valdebebas.

The Clínica Universidad de Navarra, considered the best private hospital in Spain according to an independent MERCO study, will open its Madrid site in autumn 2017 under the slogan "One hospital, two sites". The project will have 60 beds, 7 ICU beds, 7 neonatal beds, 7 operating rooms and 14 radiodiagnostic rooms. The clinic will consist of four large specialized medical areas and will be located in the Canillejas district.

The Alisios Shopping Center opens its doors in Tamaraceite Sur, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on November 23, 2017. With a total area of 165,000 square meters, the shopping center will feature 120 stores, 70 restaurants and 2,500 parking spaces. The building's design is inspired by the island's orography and will serve more than 600,000 potential customers from nearby towns.

We are working on the remodeling of the Ipurúa Stadium in Eibar and the waterproofing of the West stand and the remodeling of the South stand are being carried out. The remodeling of the stadium is being carried out in five phases and the first two have already been completed. The third phase is focused on the new West Stand and the remodeling of the South Stand.

We have been chosen by FCC Construcción, S.A. since 2001 to carry out remodeling works in the iconic "Santiago Bernabéu" stadium in Madrid. We are currently collaborating in the remodeling of the stadium's surrounding skin and in the implementation of advanced digital technology, with the aim of creating a unique and sustainable center for technological innovation.

Madrid will have a new first-class shopping center. The Plaza Río 2 shopping center, located on Antonio López street, will open its doors to the public after an investment of 200 million euros by LGSIE, the Spanish subsidiary of La Société Générale Inmobilière. With a built-up area of 128,000 square meters, the shopping center is expected to serve more than half a million inhabitants of several neighborhoods in Madrid.

Last March 2020 began the works for the pedestrianization of Gran Vía. A project for which, finally, has opted for: sidewalks differentiated from the road, for safety reasons; not including a bike lane, there will only be in the Plaza de España - Callao section; and 248 trees that, along with street furniture, will have a dual function of safety and comfort for citizens.
