For many years, our company has specialized in projects where caring for people is the cornerstone. From hospitals and health centers to sports and educational facilities, as well as housing and corporate centers of the highest standard, efficiency and comfort for the citizens who live in these structures.
We have always put people's well-being at the forefront and, as a further example of our commitment in this area, we are currently carrying out two works that are a natural continuation of this corporate concept that drives us.
El Cañaveral Residence, Madrid
We have the honor of working together with Aldara Construcciones e Infraestructuras in the development of a nursing home in El Cañaveral, Madrid.
With an investment of 15.4 million euros, this residence will have 165 beds, distributed in single and double rooms. This construction, which is located on a plot of 3,860 square meters, will occupy an area of 7,575 square meters and is scheduled for completion in December 2025 to be operational in the first quarter of 2026.

On the other hand, we are part, hand in hand with Gyocivil, of the execution of what is the first example of the new model of care for the elderly that the Community of Madrid is implementing.
This is the remodeling and expansion of the public residence of Navalcarnero. With an investment of 20 million euros, it aims to create smaller and more personalized living units. Nine total units and a careful distribution of spaces where the development of fluid interpersonal relationships is encouraged, which contributes to preserving the functional and cognitive capacities of the residents, without of course neglecting the warmth of the facilities.
This expansion will increase the number of places available from 120 to 175.
Both projects reflect our ongoing commitment to innovation and the well-being of the elderly, placing them at the center of our attention and redefining standards in nursing home construction.
