September begins and with it new challenges ahead. Today we are talking about LAFINCA LGC3, a new project in which Impernor and Asbitra Asociados, S.L. are collaborating with our client again. LAFINCA REAL ESTATE, S.L.who has trusted us again for our extensive experience and for the professionalism and quality that characterize each of our works. It is not the first time that we work to take exclusivity and luxury to the maximum exponent in LAFINCA, where we have already participated in the works of other singular houses as well as in the group of buildings of its representative Business Park, now LAFINCA grows and we do it with it through the development of new houses. This project is carried out together with two important construction companies: CONSTRUCCIONES SAN MARTIN S.Awith whom we have collaborated in the past, and TILMON ESPAÑA S.A.with whom we made our first collaboration.
LAFINCA LGC3 is a work of goldsmithing that combines the advantages of single-family and collective housing with exclusivity, comfort and security. All of this is located in an exceptional setting, with 42,000m² of green areas and views of LAFINCA Country Club, which will house Madrid's new golf course, and next to an artificial lagoon of more than 35,000 m2. Each of the 144 homes in the complex have been designed with attention to every detail, such as natural light, double north-south facades and an exquisite selection of high-quality, energy-efficient materials and finishes. The homes of LAFINCA LGC3 have been designed under a motto: exceptionality in its purest form. Their surface area can vary between 200 and 400 m2, and their terraces can reach up to 600 m2.
This project is part of the most select, exclusive and secure residential complex in Spain, LAFINCA. In it, a discreet and quiet atmosphere reigns, framed by absolute privacy and, now, by the avant-garde, as all the homes (available from 1,375,000 euros) will be equipped with a home automation system, which allows the lighting or air conditioning to be controlled from anywhere. For this reason, all the homes have the best exterior enclosure solutions and, a pioneer in the sector, centralized generation of heat and cold by means of geothermal energy, a system with very high performance and very low energy consumption. Along the same lines, low water consumption species have been selected for the landscaping and an automatic irrigation system has been designed that includes the recovery of gray water.
