Today we would like to talk to you about a new project we are working on, the office complex "Rio 55 - Madrid Business Park".located inside the M-30, in the heart of the capital, specifically in Calle Pº de la Virgen del Puerto, 55 (Madrid). Río 55 Madrid Business Park" has been conceived to become, through design and exclusivity, one of the most emblematic urban business parks in Madrid. A sector in which Impernor y Asbitra Asociados S.L. has extensive and successful experience, which is why our client GRUPO INSUR has once again placed its trust in us.

Offices with great versatility and capacity to respond to the different corporate needs.

This project consists of two office buildings, as well as commercial and green areas. "Rio 55" has been designed by the architecture studio L35 Arquitectos with a structure that is divided into two phases: in the first, two black geometric bodies are traced with a vertical modulation of hollows; in the second, the pieces are extended forming two buildings in the shape of the letter "L". The result of this exercise, which will be inaugurated from September 2019, is a transparent façade shaded by louvers that help to protect the building from the sun and offer different perspectives.

For example, in the construction of 44 homes in the exclusive urbanization "Los Naranjos" (Marbella), for the developer JOAL PROMOCIONES, or in the execution of two phases of 74 and 32 homes located in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid), developed directly with our client GRUPO INSUR.

Mercado de Olavide, the jewel that disappeared in Chamberí

In the 1970s, the Madrid City Council expropriated the stalls of the Trafalgar market and demolished the building to build a subway parking lot and a landscaped plaza. The demolition was controversial as the building had great architectural value and the traders did not receive any compensation. The history contrasts with the present day Plaza de Olavide.
