Its quality, originality, sustainability and innovation is indisputable. That is why it has managed to position itself as one of the best shopping centers in Spain .

Exemplary performance

With the current pandemic situation due to Covid19 , the shopping center has taken exemplary action; the capacity is controlled by means of a QR code that customers must scan at the entrance and exit to avoid crowds. The center itself provides masks and disinfectant gel. In addition, numerous signs and signage have been installed to make it easier for customers to find their way around and to increase the safety distance between them.

An award-winning center

Although the center is only two years old, it has won numerous awards. One of them was Guinness World Records for the longest red carpet in the world, 6.358 km, which went from the Plaza de la Catedral to the shopping center itself. Thanks to this, it won the award for the Best Marketing Campaign organized by the Spanish Association of Shopping Centers. Shortly after, it was awarded the Silver prize at the Marketing Award of the International Council of Shopping Centers. It then won the Innovation and Technology Awards at the RLI Awards and the Digital Signage Award for the incorporation of technology in the establishment and its digital façade.

One of its latest achievements was the European Property Awards, in the Retail Development category. An award that rewards its good work in terms of development as a company in the retail sector and that adds to its already long list of international recognitions since its opening in October 2018. This award aims to recognize excellence in the real estate industry, selecting projects from across Europe
