We have executed different projects in Madrid and Zaragoza to ensure that what matters most to all of us, our children, develop their intellectual and physical growth under the maximum conditions of safety, comfort and well-being, keys that characterize each of our projects.

Our customers chose us for one reason

We take care of people from childhood, keeping the most important things inside, as we know best: doing things with dedication, passion and professionalism. Three nouns that mark each of the projects in which Impernor y Asbitra Asociados, S.L. performs its insulation and waterproofing services and that have made us a reference in the sector. For all these reasons, our clients trust us again and again. Two examples of this are ACR, who have chosen us to execute the works of the Valdefuentes School and Moguerza, who has counted on us again to execute the III phase of expansion of the Santa Monica School, a school designed by the architect Javier Antón García and which has won the MAT-COAM Sustainability Award 2018.

Education is not preparation for life, it is life itself.

We know how important it is to train the professionals of the future in an environment tailored to their needs. So, this summer, we have given 200% of each of us to achieve the exceptional and successful results that we confer to the different buildings where we develop our services. Another reason why Ruesma, a client with whom we already have extensive joint experience, has chosen us, this time, to execute a new building for the expansion of the educational facilities of Colegio El Valle - Las Tablas.

Impernor Asbitra y Asociados S.L. puts its work at the service of society.

Today, although it may seem incredible, there are children who still have problems to go to school because their home is far away from the nearest school. Being aware of this social problem, this year we have also directed our efforts to the new urban developments in Zaragoza, where we have executed two projects with a very clear objective: to put an end to the school exodus . To solve this social problem, our client Carmelo Lobera, S.L. did not hesitate to count on us to develop the Arcosur School and expand the Qadrit School in Cadrete. The two centers are already in operation and, thanks to them, this school year has seen the schooling of another 200 children between 2 and 12 years of age in this area of Zaragoza.
