What until recently was a depressed area has now become a landmark area where two new skyscrapers are rising, adding two buildings with the highest quality standards to the skyline of the city of Madrid, the Skyline Towers.

Madrid already has a Skyline that combines residential spaces with a privileged geographical location surrounded by green areas and the best communications.

A new residential concept that combines the most modern housing with common areas such as those offered by high-class hotels: gym, spa, two swimming pools, coworking rooms, urban orchard, garden or terrace viewpoint.

The facts and figures of Skyline Towers leave no one indifferent:

Exclusive penthouses at 100 meters above sea level.

66,500 m2 of constructed area between the two towers.

Energy rating A

Breeam certificate, which guarantees the economic, social and environmental sustainability of the building.

Thanks to the height of the twin towers that make up the project, the orientation of the homes and the fact that they are surrounded only by green areas, all the apartments, even the lowest ones, have unobstructed and spectacular views.

The jewel in the crown is on the top floor. The rooftop of the building has been transformed into a large relaxing space for neighbors to enjoy stunning views of the city, take a dip in the glass pool or sunbathe on the large solarium.

The project, promoted by the Swiss real estate company Stoneweg, designed by Touza Arquitectos and built by Dragados, is based on the idea of creating a concept that has already been successful in major European capitals such as London, Paris and Amsterdam.

We keep changing cities, we keep working for you.
