2022, a year that can be described in three words

A lot has happened this past year at the international level. Some of them have even marked the end of an era.

But if we look to ourselves, what words might describe 2022 for each of us? Change, patience, luck, resilience or, perhaps, motivation. It has once again been a year full of challenges and each of us has been impacted in different ways.

If we had to choose just three, we would choose: trust, sustainability and growth.

Trust

In 2022, 100% of our clients have renewed their trust in Impais. And they have renewed it to take on together the most difficult and ambitious challenges that have been developed throughout the national geography.

Clients with greater responsibility and implementation continue to rely on Impais to carry out the kind of unique projects that make things better, and we could not be prouder to consolidate our position of reference and leadership to safely execute any type of project.

Sustainability

We have a very clear objective that does not understand contexts: to accelerate well-being and offer a sustained balance between development, sustainability and prosperity.

And to be able to execute major projects that pursue this goal, we can only embrace sustainability and innovation as the spearhead of each and every one of the projects to which we are committed. Those that set the pace for the future of construction and are developed under principles of sustainable balance, social justice and global wellbeing.

‍Growth

From humility, trust and commitment. From this position we can talk about growth. Impais has grown by 40% this year, having reached 20M€ in turnover. But that is not the most important thing.

The most important thing is that every year we are expanding our positioning at the national level and establishing scalable positions in international markets.

We are taking on more and more ambitious projects with a greater positive impact. We are better at what we do and this is transferred to our business divisions, as each and every one of them consolidate and multiply their development.

The specialization and expertise in each division is greatly strengthened by the growing volume of projects and is increasing with each passing year.
