Sabina Ibiza Villas
The Sabina Ibiza project, a development located on the west coast of the island, near Cala Comte and Cala Bassa, is an adventure that began in 2015. For this initiative, Anton Bilton, Glyn Hirsch and Agustín del Pino, who owned the land, decided to count on up to 18 leading architects and designers worldwide, highlighting among them John Pawson, reputed British architect who popularized minimalism. In Pawson's words, "It is a spectacular site in an unbeatable location, charged with the simultaneous drama of the sea and the mountains".
The development covers 17 hectares and is planned to house 50 private villas, the construction of which is meticulously carried out and priced up to 18 million euros.
Each villa is characterized by its unique design and commitment to sustainability, having earned the BREEAM Certificate of Excellence. The project has been praised for its balance of luxury, design and environmental responsibility.
They also share landscaping sculpted by Andrea Sanchez, with a commitment to using local plants and natural materials such as stone and wood to respect the environment, the local surroundings and provide privacy. Ancient olive trees, native junipers and pines, and local grasses prevail throughout the complex.
The development features an impressive clubhouse designed by Lázaro Rosa-Violán and offers a wide range of amenities, from sports courts, nightclub, bowling alley, amphitheater and even a luxury spa, making it an earthly paradise for its lucky owners.

Soho Valdemarín Residence (Aravaca, Madrid)
Dream villas, avant-garde designs, paradisiacal swimming pools, fashionable restaurants, exclusive schools, prestigious hospitals... The neighborhood of Valdemarín, known as the Beverly Hills of Madrid, has become a mecca of luxury.
Soho Valdemarín was born as a unique architectural project. Located in a natural environment with unbeatable views of the skyline of Madrid, which inspires the 19 semi-detached houses. Homes surrounded by manicured landscaped spaces, 7 minutes from the center of Madrid.
Semi-detached houses that are so only for the space of stairs and elevator, generating the necessary acoustic independence to feel them as single-family homes. With its large windows and double height spaces, the houses breathe, capturing the light from the environment and communicating directly with their private gardens, allowing cross ventilation.
In addition, the homes have exterior louvers that control solar incidence, helping to control not only privacy, but also the thermal efficiency of the home. Architectural efficiency to which is added a high quality envelope that allows efficient air conditioning by geothermal energy and refrigerated radiant floors.
These contemporary, flexible homes, adapted to the environment, form a uniform and unique architectural ensemble, taking care of quality, design and also consumption.
