Movie-like, isn't it?We know that the concept of "idyllic vacations" is at odds with poorly soundproofed hotel rooms or with rooms that do not respect the optimal temperature conditions for the welfare and comfort of people. That is why, so that nothing fails in your future vacations, we are currently working in the hotel division, with works such as Atalaya Park Golf Hotel & Resort, Hotel Ibis and Only YOU Hotel Atocha.
A frenetic and stressful lifestyle can sometimes make individual goals get lost in the horizon, in an unknown direction where individuals feel dislocated, lost. Is this your situation? Then take hold of the maxim "to find the north you have to travel south" and travel to Atalaya Park Golf Hotel & Resort in Estepona (Malaga). The reform of this complex, located on the beachfront along the beach between Marbella and Estepona, is among our recent works thanks to the confidence that has returned to Impernor Asbitra our client Avintia Proyectos y Construcciones. This project is unique because all the work has to be done before the opening of the vacation season. Reason why they have come to us, being aware of our professionalism, both in terms of personnel and maneuverability. The work to be done is approximately 7,000 m² of waterproofing, of which 2,300 m² are carried out on an inverted roof with a filter slab finish, while the rest of the work is done on a traditional roof where the waterproofing finish has to be impeccable.
On the other hand, in Madrid, we continue to develop our work at the Ibis Hotel. For this, our regular client Construcciones Acr, S.A. has once again entrusted its waterproofing work to our company. This property corresponds to Hotel Restructuring Investment Management, S.L. for which the architect has worked in its facultative and technical direction Urbex Arquitectura, S.L.P. Within our latest works there is also Only YOU Hotel Atocha for which we provide our services directly for El Corte Inglés. Other hotels in which we work are: Hotel Meliá Avda. de América (Madrid) and Hotel Príncipe Felipe "Los Belones " (Murcia).
