Located in the southern area of Madrid, in the Méndez Álvaro area, scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2024, it takes up an area of 90,000 m², of which a total of 56,000 m² will be for offices. Four separate buildings include space for both corporate offices and flexible workspaces.
One of the maxims of its design is to be an integrating, dynamic and flexible space. Flexibility applied to both the physiognomy of the buildings and their uses.
Designed by Estudio Lamela architecture firm and promoted by Colonial, the new complex puts sustainability aspects first and incorporates multiple innovations in construction. It stands out for its near-zero energy consumption (NZEB), with the use of renewable energies and air quality measurement facilities, a plan of measures for the enhancement of urban biodiversity, and has been designed to obtain the highest levels of BREEAM and LEED certification.
We are living in an era of enormous changes in design and construction. Today, projects are either sustainable and realistic with their surroundings, or they are not. And, as it should be, we are oriented to the future through innovation and urban transformation, thinking about people.
