Occupational health and safety are two key concepts for Impernor y Asbitra Asociados S.L., since the well-being and balance of each employee has a direct impact on the growth and development of our company. The successes we have achieved are the result of the sum of the efforts of all the people who make up Impernor y Asbitra Asociados S.L. Therefore, for us it is a priority to establish, disseminate and implement health promotion programs that promote good habits in all the people involved in our production process. Nutrition, physical exercise, rest, hygiene or mental health, are some of the aspects we focus on because they are factors that influence how an employee carries out the normal development of his functions, both at a personal and professional level.

Impernor Asbitra has its own Health Program

In Impernor y Asbitra Asociados S.L. we care about our team and, through our projects and our corporate identity, we maintain the premise that people are the most important thing, an example of this is our Health Program, which ensures the care and safety of employees, always maintaining and reaffirming our motto: "GOOD ON THE INSIDE" .

‍Thisprogram is governed by generic principles that influence all our areas. With it, we determine, estimate and evaluate the risks to which our workers are exposed in order to create, on an ongoing basis, improvement programs in line with the needs of the workforce. In addition, we promote a preventive culture throughout the company through ongoing training and integrate ORP into the complete management of the organization. To manage this resource in all our production centers, we have a department whose purpose is to promote, disseminate and give continuity to an Occupational Risk Prevention and Healthy Company Plan that respects our principles and, of course, exceeds the legal requirements. This department is managed by the person in charge of Prevention and Health, under the supervision of the General Management.

Good work is always rewarded

Thanks to our corporate policy on occupational health and safety, this year we have managed to be the company with the lowest accident rate in the sector, a milestone that will soon be rewarded by our mutual insurance company through a bonus. For this reason, we are currently working to implement within our company the international standard ISO 45001, a world reference in terms of Occupational Health and Safety System that facilitates the proactivity of companies and the improvement of prevention.

Along these lines, over the next few months we will be providing training to ensure that our offices become a cardioprotected area. Although we already have the necessary elements to assist a person in the first minutes of a cardiac arrest, our priority is to continue to evolve so that everyone who works with us is protected within the work environment.
