When we start a project we put 200% of each of us to achieve a common goal: the highest quality that characterizes each of our work. We face them in a unique way, which fits the needs of each client, and, above all, in a professional way. This would not be possible without the continuous training that we promote in each of our departments. Confucius' popular phrase: "Choose a job you like and you will never have to work a day in your life", sums up the cheerful and enthusiastic attitude with which we face every challenge. We are fortunate to dedicate ourselves to what we love and to share our passion with colleagues who are willing to excel and give their best every day. We evolve together. We train together. We succeed together.

Renew or die

Nowadays, technologies and technical advances are occurring at a dizzying pace, both inside and outside our sector. In this process, companies that are not up to date with the latest waterproofing systems or do not know the latest prevailing trends in insulation, die, but at Impernor Asbitra we all strive to be prepared. We want to assume the different changes that take place and to continue being the reference company in our sector. To achieve this, we encourage and promote continuous training among our employees . An example of this is the Digital training we received from Ebolution, our Digital Marketing Agency. Together with them we organized a fun session for all our employees to learn about and participate in our digital strategy. A fundamental pillar that, nowadays, all companies must use to reinforce, for example, their brand image, generate more confidence in their customers and attract other potential ones.

Training is also synonymous with excellence

In order to always offer the highest quality in our projects and maintain the business competitiveness that characterizes us, all our departments are up to date with the latest trends in the sector, whether in systems, materials, regulations or processes. An example of this is our approval of sodium bentonite installers, for which we had to carry out specific training aimed at various departments, specifically: technical, production and assembly. We are committed to updating the knowledge of our employees in order to continuously improve their skills and achieve a better prepared, stronger and more united team. This is the real secret behind Impernor Asbitra's quality and success.

Impernor Asbitra is the sum of all its workers.

Impernor Asbitra is the sum of all its workers. Therefore, we face each project as a whole, involving each team, from beginning to end, of the evolution and development of the different works through follow-up meetings. This strategy allows us to promote the continuous training of our workers, with the only difference being that in these meetings the employees are the teachers of their own colleagues, with whom they share different lessons learned from each project.

‍Why are we committed to training? Because we know that workers who are continuously retrained enjoy important benefits such as:

Improvement and acquisition of new knowledge and skills

Increases their participation and involvement with teammates, forging a versatile and competitive team.

Manages new technologies and work techniques, improving the company's production processes.

Improves the quality of their work and increases their productivity, as well as that of the company.
