Our experience as waterproofers joins the extensive experience of this company based in Toledo, which has been working for more than 30 years in the practice of iron and steel projects, to carry out both the installation and the manufacture of the necessary and appropriate profiles for each type of structure.

With this agreement, we open a new way to perform waterproofing works in the metallic area, especially with logistics platforms belonging to renowned companies that are currently experiencing a high growth produced by their high electronic commerce.

The "boom" of logistics centers

The construction of logistics centers has been booming since 2017, a year that saw record investment in assets in that area, reaching approximately €1.4 billion, 65% more than in 2016.

Until about 15 years ago, there were no large logistics parks in Spain, but today it is a sector in continuous growth driven by the development of the services area. In which e-commerce has played a crucial role, changing the way goods are consumed and acquired, and with it, the service and adaptation of logistics.

All this suggests that this boom will continue during 2018, with estimated figures of around one billion euros of investment in logistics assets in Spain, where Madrid and Barcelona are the cities with the highest demand and also the highest prices for contracting square meters. In the case of the Spanish capital, this will reach 5.25 euros per square meter.
