This fall, the Clínica Universidad de Navarra finally opens its headquarters in Madrid. Under the slogan "One hospital, two sites", the best private hospital in Spain, according to an independent study by MERCO (Monitor Empresarial de Reputación Corporativa), arrives in the capital to expand its prestigious patient care and research services. A not-for-profit university hospital whose profits will go directly to its own research teams.

After 3 years, the project has involved 46,000 square meters of hospital facilities, divided into 2 buildings: the hospital itself, with 35,000 square meters of healthcare space and, opposite it, a building dedicated exclusively to education and training.

Designed by the architectural firm Otxotorena Arquitectos, the Clínica Universidad Navarra will have 60 beds for hospital admissions, 7 ICU beds, 7 neonatal beds, 7 operating rooms for major surgery, 14 radiodiagnosis rooms and 400 subway parking spaces.

The new Clínica Universidad de Navarra will consist of four major medical areas in which they are considered specialists: Women's area (maternity), Cardiovascular area, Oncology area and High Resolution Diagnostics area.

The building, located in the district of Canillejas, just a few meters from the N-II, will combine care, research and teaching to offer patients the best possible treatment. Care based on the exquisite human treatment that has made its counterpart in Pamplona so famous for 55 years.

For Impernor Asbitra associates S.L. it has been a pleasure to collaborate in the construction of this new hospital thanks to the trust placed in us. Arpada S.A. Having waterproofed 3,600 square meters of buried structures and 28,400 square meters of rolling, landscaped and technical roofs, both walkable and non-walkable.

In addition to 8,000 square meters of concrete and mortar, 142,000 m2 of geotextile felts and separated layers, 16,000 m2 of thermal insulation and 7,600 m2 of drainage sheets.
