Impais has a division specialized in corporate buildings, dedicated for years to the construction and rehabilitation of some of the most emblematic headquarters of the most important companies in the country.
Our commitment to excellence has allowed us to collaborate in high-profile projects, where we bring our experience and knowledge to create innovative, efficient and sustainable workspaces.
We are currently participating in the refurbishment of two iconic office buildings in Madrid, projects that focus on the modernization and adaptation of buildings to contemporary requirements.
Buildings so representative that they even have their own name.
The call JV24, located on the A2-Arturo Soria axis, an area that represents a consolidated office market that has been regenerating in recent years, consists of the refurbishment of an emblematic Colonial building of nearly 12,000 m2.
In the words of Estudio Lamelaresponsible for its design, "the planned interventions include the renovation of all the facilities to adapt them to the standard of today's prime offices and the new needs of clients, as well as the complete renovation of the façade with the aim of improving both the aesthetics and the thermal and acoustic insulation conditions". A comprehensive adaptation to current market demands in terms of sustainability, technology and comfort.
ML28 Madrid Urban Hub is an exclusive and unique office project in the north of Madrid, where design and modernity merge with the architectural history of the building.
With a total area of 16,511m², it is positioned as the only urban campus in the heart of the city, offering a collaborative and dynamic work environment surrounded by a unique setting with pine forests, green areas and custom-designed landscaping, taking care of every corner.
