Luxury homes in Malaga and Marbella

Its climate, beaches and golf courses make Malaga one of the most important tourist destinations in Spain. For this reason, we are currently carrying out several projects in the capital of the Costa del Sol, such as the one we are carrying out together with our client Vía Célere Gestión de Proyectos, S.L.U., who has entrusted Impernor Asbitra Asociados, S.L. to jointly undertake the new construction of 86 homes in the district of Churriana in Malaga. A residential complex of semi-detached houses, with three and four bedrooms, with a minimum of 155 square meters with gardens and terraces.

In this development, which will end in December 2018, we use the best materials, such as: high-strength and self-leveling mortars; asphalt sheets for technical roofs, trafficable, parking or landscaped areas; and geotextile felts (polyester and polypropylene). With them, we made: 10,600 m2 of screeds and self-leveling mortars; 4,000 m2 of waterproofing; and 4,500 m2 of geotextile felts and separate layers.

The Pearl of the South

Our client Avintia has also trusted us again to execute the first units of the 75 exclusive homes of the "Urbanización Los Almendros" in Palo Alto. A modern and avant-garde architectural design, on 50 hectares, with a selection of spacious apartments, penthouses and villas.

This resort becomes a safe and private option, perfect for families or professionals who wish to breathe the pure mountain air and relax completely, away from the crowds, observing the natural beauty and the incomparable views of the Mediterranean Sea, without forgetting our motto: 'Good On The Inside'.

Why do we know this? Because we have used the best asphalt sheets and drainage sheets (HDPE) for more than 8,000 m2 of waterproofing for technical, walkable, self-protected, parking and landscaped roofs, and 8,000 m2 of drainage sheets.

Europe's largest artificial lagoon

Together with our new client Bonifacio Solis, we are executing the necessary units to develop a project that has a great peculiarity: an artificial lagoon, which occupies an area of 1.4 hectares with an average depth of 2.5 meters.

The Alcazaba Lagoon development has been elaborated by the architectural firm CRISTIAN LARRAIN K. ARQUITECTOS, S.L.P. and will be completed in December 2018. In it, we used asphalt sheets and drainage sheets (HDPE) to carry out 7,000 m2 of waterproofing and 7,000 m2 of drainage sheets.

Efficient and sustainable homes, "Made in Málaga".

Through our client IKASA, which acts as promoter of iKasaScenic, we made the first units for the execution of our work to our client Bonifacio Solis in this new promotion, where energy efficiency and interior comfort are protagonists.

Designed by Villarroel - Torrico, this first residential complex has 74 customized homes from 1 to 5 bedrooms with a wide variety of typologies: first floors with private garden, apartments and spacious penthouses with terrace (with the possibility of including a Jacuzzi). In this project, which will be completed in December 2018, we used asphalt sheets in 6,000 m2 of waterproofing and 2,000 m2 of drainage.

Hotels are the other option

Our client Avintia Proyectos y Construcciones, S.L. is about to present the hotel complex Atalaya Park Golf Hotel & Resort, located in front line along the beach between Marbella and Estepona.

For this holiday stay we have made more than 1,300 m3 of lightened concrete, 36,000 m2 of screeds and self-leveling mortars, 38,000 m2 of waterproofing, 21,400 m2 of geotextile felts and separated layers, as well as 10,500 m2 of thermal insulation.

For all this, we have handled the best materials: lightweight concrete; asphalt sheets; Schulter synthetic sheets; geotextile felts (polyester and polypropylene); thermal insulation (XPS); and drainage sheets (HDPE).

Ready to enjoy!

Through our client GRUPO INSUR we have participated in the second phase of the project "Alminar de Marbella", in which our new client Joal Cabezas y Promociones, S.L. acts as developer of the 44 homes. and which has been designed by the architectural firm Cristian Larrain K. Architects, S.L.P.

"Alminar de Marbella" is since December 2017 the best example of adaptation to a unique natural environment, full of spectacular tropical gardens of over 13,000 m2, swimming pool and a small lake, with a typically Mediterranean architecture. Its spacious apartments are equipped with huge terraces overlooking the golf valley and made with top quality materials in its construction, such as those used by Impernor and Asbitra Asociados S.L: asphalt sheets to make more than 2,500 m2 waterproofing.

Another of our projects completed in December 2017 is the "Urbanización Arroyo Nazules". Together with our client Construcciones Amenábar, S.A we have carried out the initial waterproofing units (more than 2,000 m2) for said urbanization, in which we have used asphalt sheets.

The Nazules development is in a privileged location, close to Marbella and Puerto Banus, in an ideal place to enjoy the beach and the beauty of the surroundings. The homes are designed to achieve maximum energy efficiency, while the common areas have an infinity swimming pool, gym and more than 1,500 m2 of landscaped area, among other amenities.
