In Greek mythology, the story of Orpheus and Eurydice gives us to understand that looking back is not the best idea. But neither is this a Greek myth, nor should looking back be paralyzing... We believe in the future, and we chart it with our decisions, initiatives and projects. We also remember the road we have traveled because we understand that each step implies a discovery, an achievement, a learning process. Immersed in a process of change towards a more efficient, sustainable and innovative model, at Impais we apply this logic with determination: that of moving forward and transforming ourselves from the awareness of what we have harvested along the way. We are growing, yes, but we do not forget who we are: a talented, committed and prepared team, a reflection of a diverse and inclusive society.

If there is one time of the year when we put this game of looks into practice, it is Christmas. "Taking stock", we say, when we weigh up what has gone well, what has made us stronger, what we can improve. And, surrounded by our loved ones, we revisit the past to find ourselves in it, while toasting so that the future smiles on us.

This year has been a new test, where we have proven to be able to adapt without losing the solidity that characterizes us. 2021 has required us to learn faster than ever and take on new and exciting challenges. The key? Never, never stop. That is why, with Christmas just around the corner, Impais encourages you to look back with the satisfaction of those who have learned, and to look to the future because therein lie the opportunities, the surprises and what tomorrow will be unforgettable experiences.
