‍Oneof the largest luxury tourist and commercial complexes in southern Spain is in its final phase of construction . A new space that rises on the foundations of an old complex from the 1990s, devastated by a fire in 2020.

The new design takes inspiration from the beauty of the landscape of Padrón beach, with architecture that recreates the mountains of the Sierra Bermeja and the sinuous forms of the river.

The main focus of Laguna Village's design is to achieve a seamless fusion with the Mediterranean environment. By means of a wave or dune shaped roof, the complex becomes an extension of the natural landscape.

The architecture and interior design studio, Archidom Studio, thanks to its deep knowledge of the area, has carefully incorporated natural elements of the region, using sustainable materials of high durability and avoiding the use of plastics. This commitment to the environment is also reflected in the use of home automation technology to achieve efficient bioclimatization, natural lighting and cross ventilation that minimizes the need for air conditioning.

The impressive complex extends over an area of 3,000 square meters distributed on two levels and offers breathtaking sea views. It will house an exclusive range of hotels, restaurants and business spaces and among its outstanding facilities are an infinity pool located in a new plaza and several exclusive stores on the beachfront.

Managed by Grupo Pachá and GAT Inversiones, and after an investment of 16 million euros, the project is expected to generate around 1,000 direct and indirect jobs, a quality job where inclusion and diversity are promoted, strategic pillars of the two investment groups. A project focused on the circular economy, adapting the value chain to that effect, and on local commerce, mainly integrating suppliers from the area.
