In Impernor y Asbitra Asociados, S.L. we continue to reap success, and in this case we want to celebrate with you the award of the project for the development of the New Headquarters Campus Airbus Defense & Space F.C.C. CONSTRUCCIÓN S.A., one of our consolidated clients, has trusted Impernor y Asbitra Asociados, S.L. for the construction project of this great complex, which will have 4 buildings and two parking lots, one outdoor and one subway. The work, which has been designed by the renowned Lámela Architecture Studio, will have a dimension that will exceed 100,000 square meters and will consist of several buildings that, according to the description of the Studio itself, "will dialogue with each other".
Following our premise of offering a service based on excellence and meeting the needs of our clients, in these first units we will work on the waterproofing and drainage of buried structures. This work will be carried out with traditional asphalt systems, except in areas where, due to the high conductivity of groundwater, a specific treatment with sodium bentonite blankets with active polymer additives will be necessary . One of the distinctive features that make Impernor y Asbitra Asociados, S.L. a leading company in the sector is the homologation of the Sodium Bentonite geotextile, a key point that has helped us to achieve the award of this important project.
