Residencial La Finca is a residential complex located in the northwest of Madrid, considered one of the most exclusive, safe and sustainable in Spain. It has 144 homes that combine the advantages of single-family and collective residences, with areas of between 200 and 400 square meters and spacious terraces, garages and storage rooms. The project focuses on sustainability, using renewable energies, durable materials and making the most of natural light and the surrounding natural environment. It also stands out for its security, with a double perimeter fence, intrusion detection system and access control to the development.

Exclusivity, control, security. The LGC3 residential complex, located in the northwest of Madrid and considered one of the most select, secure and sustainable developments in Spain, is based on these three pillars.

Exclusivity because La Finca's A+D team, led by the prestigious architect Raquel Castellanos, has taken the utmost care in the architectural design to offer versatile homes that can be adapted to the lifestyle of each person or family. The construction process has combined the advantages of single-family residences (privacy, comfort) with those of collective residences (belonging, functionality), resulting in a development with 144 homes with a surface area of between 200 and 400 meters, not including the large terraces, garages and storage rooms. In addition, the complex incorporates a communal swimming pool with all the complementary facilities and a large playground.

It is also a project marked by sustainability, since it is committed to renewable energies, the use of natural light, low water and electricity consumption, and geothermal energy -still not very widespread-. In addition, durable materials have been chosen to extend its useful life without sacrificing design. The result, timeless with modern touches, makes the most of the privileged enclave in which it is located - the complex is surrounded by more than 30,000 square meters of green areas - and allows for innovations such as the automatic irrigation system or the power outlets for vehicles.

Another of the distinguishing features of the LGC3 residential complex is security. Its discreet environment and its effort to maintain absolute privacy translate into extraordinary security measures. The complex has a double perimeter fence, an intrusion detection system, access control to the development, data centralization and a guardhouse.

A space, a source of tranquility and wellbeing that, in addition, is ahead of the trends in environmental issues and stands as one of the most privileged environments in the mountains of Madrid.
