With a surface area of 35,000 square meters and located in a stunning natural setting, this campus houses eight buildings with different uses, such as a large auditorium, multi-purpose classrooms and a residence hotel. With a focus on flexibility and sustainability, this campus integrates bio-climatic elements to minimize environmental impact and maximize indoor comfort. Join us to discover this architectural masterpiece of international projection that represents IBERDROLA's new philosophy.

IBERDROLA's training and institutional complex with international projection framed in the company's new philosophy. The proposal of the architectural firm of Richard Rogers Partnership and Alonso Balaguer Arquitectos Asociados, presents in the buildings all the communication cores and wet cores, exempt. Allowing the flexibility of future changes of use and distribution inside the buildings, as well as a sustainability that minimizes the facades as maximum and minimum sunlight (thermal constant inside the buildings) in a series of buildings that allow proper natural cross ventilation.

Adapting to the existing topography, minimizing possible earthworks, the architecture of the Campus is understood as a puzzle, where the pieces of communication, services and facilities are versatile and can always be located outside the building.

Regarding the environmental and landscape quality, the existing landscaping is preserved and enhanced, with the maintenance of the current species and their subsequent expansion, topping the proposal with a roof element that integrates the complex into its surroundings and enhances the bio-climatic installation elements, as well as integrating elements in the landscape. The pergola also provides an urban scale to the complex, necessary and convenient in its view from the nearby highway.

The campus, with a surface area of 35,000 square meters, houses eight buildings with different uses, among which the following stand out. A large auditorium with a capacity for 380 people, nine multi-purpose classrooms of different sizes with a total capacity of 174 seats, six tiered classrooms with a capacity of between 24 and 68 people. In addition, it also has a Campus Residence Hotel, with 106 rooms, equipped and finished with services comparable to those of a 4-star hotel.
