La Finca, an exclusive development in Madrid, is launching La Finca Grand Café in 2023, a shopping center with 14 innovative restaurants and views of the 18-hole golf course, the largest urban course in Spain. The establishments will feature advanced technologies and the building has the SMART BUILDING solution for continuous monitoring of different systems. The project is part of La Finca Group's new project that includes three luxury housing developments.

La Finca Grand Café is born as a shopping center in 2023 and includes 14 innovative restaurants that revolutionize the concept of shopping center, to make its customers live new experiences.
All the establishments will have huge terraces and large windows to enjoy spectacular views over the new Los Lagos golf course, which will have 18 holes and will be the largest urban course in Spain. They will also include all the technological innovations for an exceptional customer experience.
The building has the SMART BUILDING solution that allows continuous monitoring of different systems such as the optimization of door automation and mechanisms in toilets and common areas or air purification by means of ultraviolet light.
This new gastronomic hub covers more than 12,000 square meters of commercial offer distributed over three floors. The project is part of a new project by Grupo La Finca, which also includes three developments with 332 apartments, homes and luxury villas, where nature and architecture come together.
