Madrid's multipurpose pavilion is located at the Casa de Campo fairgrounds and was built on the site of the former Rockódromo with the aim of being part of the Madrid 2012 Olympic bid. Designed by Estudio Cano Lasso, it has a surface area of 30,000 m² and 11,000 m² of roof. Its prestressed structure rests on twelve pairs of pillars, and its façade consists of a double curve of glass with variable transparency. The grandstand is entirely retractable, allowing it to be adapted to different uses, such as sports, shows or fairs, with a maximum capacity of 10,248 spectators for basketball games and 12,000 for boxing matches.

Designed by Estudio Cano Lasso together with Sara de la Mata Medrano and Myriam Abarca Corrales. It has a surface area of 30,000 m² and 11,000 m² of roof. Structurally it consists of a light prestressed structure, which is supported by twelve pairs of pillars. It is conceptually conceived as a large floating disk that compresses and contains the space.

The façade is made up of a double glass curve of variable transparency that envelops the building. Thanks to its fully retractable bleachers, it can be adapted in number and configuration to different uses: sports, shows or fairs. It has a maximum capacity of 10,248 spectators for basketball games and 12,000 for boxing matches.
