Institutional projectsView site

The Audiencia Nacional is one of the most emblematic judicial buildings in Spain. After an investment of 27 million euros and three years of work, the building was remodeled and expanded with the addition of three more floors. It now has a surface area of 11,500 square meters, representing a 56% increase in its initial space. The entrance from Génova Street has been eliminated and access is by means of a turnstile and card security system from García Gutiérrez Street. Among the facilities it houses are the six central examining courts, the Central Criminal Court and the four sections of the Criminal and Appeals Courts. The remodeling has turned the Audiencia Nacional into a modern, spacious and secure building, which represents a milestone in judicial architecture in Spain.

The headquarters of the National Court was remodeled over three years, from 2012 to 2015 after a total investment of 27 million euros, achieving a more spacious (after the addition of three more floors), modern and secure building. The entrance door from Calle Génova has been removed and access is only possible, through a system of turnstiles and cards, from Calle García Gutiérrez.
