Infrastructure projectsView site

Impais has participated in the integral renovation of the Club de Mar-Mallorca, an ambitious project that will turn this marina into one of the most modern and sustainable in the Mediterranean. This is the largest private investment in a nautical infrastructure in Spain.

The works include the complete remodeling of the facilities, the demolition of the existing buildings and the construction of a new complex with high standards of efficiency and sustainability. In addition, a new dock for large vessels has been developed, with capacity for more than 70 vessels between 50 and 170 meters in length.

Main Performances

  • Port Infrastructure: Renovation of pontoons and expansion of the dock for large vessels.
  • Construction: Construction of a new main building and a parking lot annex.
  • Sustainability: Implementation of a gray water collection system and door-to-door selective waste management.
  • Urban Integration: Elimination of architectural barriers and connection with the future Paseo Marítimo de Palma.

The project will generate approximately 500 direct and indirect jobs and will reinforce the integration of the Club de Mar with the city, offering new commercial, leisure and sports areas.
