Student Experience, a provider of high-end student accommodation and real estate developer, presents its first international residence in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.
The Residence is an innovative concept that offers full service sustainable accommodation (water recycling facilities, photovoltaic panels, green roofs, charging points for electric vehicles and a variety of flora planted around the building) to students from all over the world. A place where they can fully concentrate on their studies, while enjoying student life to the fullest. A new complex opening its doors in 2023 and offering 600 fully furnished studios with private bathroom and balcony for students.
It also offers a wide range of facilities and services, such as a private gym, a laundry and a rooftop sports court.
