The H2O shopping center is located in Rivas Vaciamadrid, one of the fastest growing areas of Madrid, 17 km southeast of the city center. Opened in 2007, it is a shopping center with a surface area of 52,000 square meters, comprising 130 stores distributed over two floors around an artificial lake, 19 paddle tennis courts, a terrace area, indoor and outdoor rest and recreation areas and a large garden area.
The center has a strong focus on leisure and catering. Major tenants include Nike, Mercadona, H&M, Mango and seven brands from the Inditex group, including Zara, Bershka and Massimo Dutti, along with leading cinema operator Yelmo Cineplex with 13 digital 3D screens.
It receives more than 7.7 million visitors a year and among its innovations is the first Lego Fun Factory playground in Spain.
