Cuatro Torres Business Area (CTBA) is a business complex located in the La Paz neighborhood of Madrid, comprised of four imposing buildings that are the tallest skyscrapers in Spain today. Each of them has unique and attractive features. The Torre Cristal, designed by architect César Pelli, is the tallest building in Spain with a height of 249 m and 52 floors. The Cepsa Tower, designed by Norman Foster, has two external reinforced concrete cores and houses the offices of the Bankia bank and the headquarters of the Cepsa oil company. The PwC Tower, designed by Spanish architects Carlos Rubio Carvajal and Enrique Álvarez-Sala Walter, has a double-skin façade and houses the five-star Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel. Finally, the Espacio Tower, designed by Ieoh Ming Pei and Henry N. Cobb, has a dynamic facade and houses the offices of Inmobiliaria Espacio S.L., OHL, Fertiberia and Ferroatlántica, as well as four embassies and a chapel on the 33rd floor.

Cuatro Torres Business Area (CTBA) is a business park next to Paseo de la Castellana, in the La Paz neighborhood of Madrid. It consists of four buildings, the tallest skyscrapers in Spain today.
Torre Cristal:

The Argentine architect César Pelli is the author of the project, with a height of 249 m and 52 floors, which makes it the tallest building in Spain. The most important feature of this building are the reflections of the crystals. It has a garden on top of 600 square meters. It houses the offices of companies such as KPMG, Havas Media, Volkswagen, Coca-Cola, and has a gym and two restaurants inside.

Cepsa Tower:

With a height of 248 m and 45 floors. It is the second tallest building in Spain, according to the project of the architectural firm Foster and Partners.

Norman Foster designed this structure with two reinforced concrete outer cores. Each core contains seven elevators, stairs and service areas. Between the two characteristic external columns, the floors are arranged in a shelf-like fashion. Three intermediate platforms support between eleven and twelve floors in each case. It houses the offices of the Bankia bank (5 floors) and the headquarters of the Cepsa oil company.

PwC Tower:

The PwC Tower (formerly known as the Sacyr Vallehermoso Tower) is 236 m high and has 58 floors. This building designed by Carlos Rubio Carvajal and Enrique Álvarez-Sala Walter is the only one of the four with Spanish architects. Its plan is that of an equilateral triangle whose sides are curved and the windows have a special arrangement that offers minimum wind resistance. It houses the five-star Hotel Eurostars Madrid Tower, which occupies up to the 31st floor and has a two-story dining room with a panoramic view of the entire city.

It is the only tower with a double skin facade and is completely covered with glass in the form of scales. This building seen from the air shows two semicircles of black tones that form the tower. Its diagonally positioned windows (those on the left look to the right and those on the right to the left) are part of the tower's balance and aerodynamics.

Space Tower:

Its authors are Ieoh Ming Pei and Henry N. Cobb. With 57 floors, the Space Tower has a total height of 230 meters. Around the three central cores, the initial quadrangular-shaped floor plan gradually transforms into a shape similar to the intersection of the sine and cosine functions.[10] The image of the building from each location in the city is different as it has a dynamic facade.[10] The rectangular-shaped central core, measuring 15 m x 10 m and with wall thicknesses ranging from 40 cm to 100 cm, is located between the U-shaped side cores, with wall thicknesses of 30 cm. It houses the offices of Inmobiliaria Espacio S.L., OHL, Fertiberia and Ferroatlántica. There is also a chapel on the 33rd floor and four embassies, those of the Netherlands, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
